Picture edition! Disengage your brain.
It’s Sunday. Half of you are hungover and the other half have chores to do. So I decided to do HTTN’s 3 quick notes on the game using pictures. Brain’s not working today? Don’t worry. Just look and enjoy.
Oh, quick recap of the game: Colorado played like a desperate team early (because they are one) and were up 2-0 by the end of the 1st. The Canucks came back in the 2nd, tying it up, and ended it in OT winning 3-2. For the 3rd game in a row, Mason Raymond was the team’s best skater (I say skater because Luongo was amazing).
1. CBC lists fake Twitter account – part 1
Scott Oake interviewed Mason Raymond after the 2nd period, and a graphic popped up showing Raymond’s Twitter handle. Only problem: it’s a fake account created by some moron.
You can see it here. You know the guy who retweets fake Nick Kypreos and James Duthie accounts on trade deadline day? It’s probably the guy in charge of this.
2. Mountain Man
Mark Lee described this guy as a “Colorado mountain man.” I guess he couldn’t just be a man with a beard. Either way, it’s an awesome enough beard to make it on to this blog.
3. CBC lists fake Twitter account – part 2
You know what? People make mistakes. Let’s forgive and forget CBC ever listed that fake Mason Raymond Twitter…
No. Don’t go search that Twitter handle. It’s BS. I don’t like using computer geek words, but whoever’s in charge of this at CBC is clearly a newb.
Caman CBC. Get it right.
